Position Entry Date In Record PS_GVT_JOB Is Not Reverting To PAR Effective Date After Correction Of Job Data (Doc ID 2826082.1)

Position_Entry_Dt date is not reverting to PAR effective date after correction if job data. In addition to this , Dept_entry_dt, job_entry_dt and grade_entry_dt in PS_GVT_JOB record are also not changing when PAR Effective date is changed

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Job Information > HR Processing USF > Request a PRO/PRO transaction with PAR Status = REQ, with position change with change in jobcode/dept id/grade. (Or any other transaction to change position/job/dept/grade) and save transaction.
2. Verify the position_entry_dt, dept_entry_dt, job_entry_dt and grade_entry_dt in PS_GVT_JOB record, these dates are same as PAR effective date.
3. Now navigate back to HR Processing USF pages in correct history mode and change (correct) the effective date and save the transaction which should change position_entry_dt, dept_entry_dt, job_entry_dt and grade_entry_dt but its not.
