Symptoms

The delivered Application Engine process BEN_SRH_HST1 is abending in the date conversion expression when the enrollment date is a leap day (2016-02-29).

Steps to Replicate:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Enroll an employee in a Benefit plan using a leap day (2016-02-29).  Navigation:  Benefits > Enroll In Benefits > Life and AD/D Benefits.
  2. Run the Application process BEN_SRH_HST1.  Navigation: PeopleTools > Search Framework > Search Admin Activity Guide > Administration > Schedule Search Index.
