Department Budget Table - Override Indicator set to 'Y'

In Production, there are a few Department Budget Tables that have the field OVERRIDE_IND with a 'Y' on their PS_DEPT_BUDGET_DED and PS_DEPT_BUDGET_TAX (Department Budget Table) rows.

Department Budget Deductions and Taxes should not have the OVERRIDE_IND set to 'Y' since the combination code is the same as the combination code on the Department Budget Earnings.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Go to the Department Budget Table for Taxes and Deduction in correction mode and change the combination code to something that is not the same as the combination code on Department Budget Earnings - Set Up HCM>Product Related>Commitment Accounting>Budget Information>Department Budget Table USA

2. Save the page and it will change the OVERRIDE_IND to 'Y'

3. Go back into the Department Budget Table in correction mode and change the combination code on the Department Budget Deduction and Taxes to what is indicated on the Department Budget Earnings and save.

4. After save, the system does not flip the flag for the OVERRIDE_IND back to 'N'
