ETL9.2: Time Summary Page Bottom Drop Zone Hidden

Symptoms
The "DZ-Bottom of Time Summary" drop zone is hidden for the fluid pages Time Summary TL_TIME_SUM_FLU and Time Summary Accessibility TL_TIME_SUMACC_FLU.
The group box TL_DZ_WRK.TL_DZ_GB02 contains the bottom drop zone. On the group box Fluid tab, all of the options are checked in the "Suppress On Form Factor" section.
Users need to use the bottom drop zone but it cannot be used.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. In App Designer, select the fluid pages Time Summary TL_TIME_SUM_FLU and Time Summary Accessibility TL_TIME_SUMACC_FLU.
2. On both pages, select the group box TL_DZ_WRK.TL_DZ_GB02 with the label “DZ-Bottom of Time Summary” and view the properties.
3. On the group box Fluid tab, all of the options are checked in the "Suppress On Form Factor" section.
