Symptoms
Position data Approval transaction does not appear in Review Transactions page if the same user approved the previous step in the approval process.
Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Submit Position data Awe transaction for approval
Navigation : Workforce administration > Position Management > Manage Position > Add position and submit
2. Transaction was approved by Approver A in Step 1
3. This approver A listed as Approver in Step 2 as well
4. Login as Approver A again, approval doesn’t appear in the Pending my review since this user approved one of the previous steps in the workflow.
Navigation : Manager self service > review transactions > Approval request does not appear in pending my review
