Symptoms
If user accidentally keys in 3 decimal places, they get an error that is really clear and precise about where the problem is. If they key in 4 decimal places, it is a generic error. Customer would like the more clear error messages to appear when keying in more than 3 decimal places.
Error message when keying in MORE than 3 decimal places:
Steps
1) Create a spreadsheet journal with 3 decimal places and click on upload - get the clear message
2) Creat a spreadsheet journal with more than 3 decimal places and clickm on upload - get the unclear message
