Customers using PUM Automated Updates may encounter any of the below errors while saving MOS credentials on the PAU Settings page.
1. Server Error
1. Log in to the PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) Source through a web browser.
2. Click on the 'Update Settings' tile on the 'Update Manager' homepage.
3. Set up the User ID and Password for your MOS Credentials in order to download patches.
