Goal

According to document E-SEC: What Security Setup a User Must Have in Order to Be Able to Delete Run Controls that Were Created by Other Users, that Would not Involve the ADMINISTRATOR Role? <Document 2780052.1> the Admin role is required for a user to delete another user's run control.  Many customer's do not want to give the admin role to users.   How do sites allow user's to delete other user's run controls if only the Admin role can do it?
