A Divorce Life Event Does Not Update the Spouse's Relationship to Employee nor the Marital Status. (Doc ID 2829877.1)

Symptoms

When an employee creates a Divorce Life Event, that is processed and then approved the employee's Marital Status is updated to Divorced on the Biographical Details page, however the Spouse's Relationship to Employee and Marital Status is not updated on the Personal Profile page.


Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Login in as employee and navigate to Employee Self Service > Benefit Details > Life Events and create a Divorce Life Event.
2. Login as the Benefits Administrator and Finalize the Divorce Event.  Navigation:  Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On Demand Event Maintenance.
3. Go to the Biographical Details page (Navigation: Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Modify a Person > Biographical Details) to see that the Employee's Marital Status is correctly updated to Divorced.
4. Go to the Update Dependent/Beneficiary - Personal Profile page (Navigation: Benefits> Employee/Dependent Information> Update Dependent Information) to see the Spouse's Relationship to Employee is not updated to ExSpouse and Marital Status is not updated to Divorced.
