Symptoms
Events processed in On-Demand Event Maintenance are inserting termination records for Life Benefit Plans.in a Plan Type that has now been discontinued, even though employees previously had waived coverage or already had termination records.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run On-Demand Event Maintenance for Event Maintenance Events (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Maintenance).
