Unable To Select Items Within the Category Path Search Facet in an eProcurement Requisition

Symptoms
When raising a requisition and browsing the catalog, the Category Path that appears on the left side of the page cannot be used. When trying to select an additional category the page appears to swirl and then no change actually takes place. When trying to click on other Catalog headers, nothing happens either.
Steps:
1. Open eProcurement Create Requisition page
eProcurement -> Create Requisition
2. Open a Catalog to view items under the catalog
3. Select additional categories under the catalog.
4. Search result was not updated after additional categories were selected.
