Creating a new GL business unit using the activity guide fails with error below:

Steps to Replicate:
1.Using the activity guide to set up a new GL business unit fails when trying to add the BU to a VAT Entity.Start the activity guide by clicking on the tile GL Business Units
2.Click on the Add button.
3.Questionnaire answers, then click Next.
4.Questionnaire 2 answers, then click Next.
5.Fill in basic information and click Save, then Next.
6.Choose VAT reporting entity NLD01V and click Save.
7. The error message occurs
