Symptoms
When rehiring an existing employee through Smart HR Templates system matches the person with First Name & Last Name, an error message pop-ups and transaction is not successful.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Workforce Administration > Smart HR Template > Smart HR Transaction
2. Select a Hire Template = KN2_HIRE_NLD
3. Enter Existing employee = K0G008
4. Click "Save and Submit" button
