DROP CLASS WAITLIST DISPLAY DIFFERENT THAN IN SHOPPING CART AND UPDATE CLASSES WHEN STUDENT IS ENROLLED IN TWO SECTIONS OF THE SAME COURSES (Doc ID 2832298.1)

Symptoms

 When a student is place in two sections of the same course on the wait list (or one section enrolled and the other waitlisted), the Display of Fluid -> Drop
Classes is not displaying correctly

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Add student to waitlist courses that has components (lab, lecture, etc) via Fluid Enrollment Pages
2. Go to Fluid ->Drop Classes
3. Note that the class associations are not grouped  together (lecture A with lab A, and lecture B with lab B, based on the class associations).
This is different than the display for Shopping cart and update classes on which they are grouped together.
