E-PN: Getting 'First operand of . is NULL' Push Notification Messages in the Application Server Log when Transactions are Submitted in Workflow Approvals (Doc ID 2833494.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading PeopleTools, Push Notification related messages that appear to be errors, are seen in the application server log, as shown below. Even if Push Notifications are disabled, the messages continue to be appear in the application server log every time a workflow transaction is submitted for approval.
