A site's company policy requires that all outbound SSL traffic be logged. When attempting to ping an external 3rd party node, or send data to the 3rd party via https URL, it fails intermittently with the following error being seen in the Integration Broker (IB) errorLog.html.

1. Set up the network in the same fashion as this particular site.

2. Implement the same policy for outbound SSL traffic.

3. Ping the 3rd party node multiple times, and observe that the error above occurs intermittently.
