Symptoms
When the User clicks on the approval details link for a Supplemental Learning Transaction, the following error occurs.
Steps to reproduce the issue
--------------------------------
1. Employee Self Service Fluid Homepage > Add supplementary learning Tile
2. Add job description with attachments.
3. Click save and then click on the approval details link
