When employee clicks on the approval details link the following error occurs.
Steps to reproduce the issue

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Selfservice--h Add supplementary learning Tile
2. Add job description with attachments.
3. Click save and then click on the approval details link
