Symptoms

Following Java error occurs in any pages/processes that are using Configurable Matrices like Administer Cycle/Build process, Define Configurable Matrices and Define Matrix Sources:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Scenario 1:
1. Navigate to Compensation > Compensation Cycles > Administer Cycle
2. Search for a Cycle ID
3. Click on Build icon
Result: process WCS_ECMBUILD runs to No Success due to java error.

Scenario 2:
1. Navigate to Set up HRMS > Common Definitions > Configurable Matrices > Define Matrices
2. Add a new Value in "Matrix Definition Tab" and "Inputs Tab"
Result: got the Java Error

Scenario 3:
1. Go to Set Up HCM -> Common Definitions -> Configurable Matrices -> Define sources
2. Find source DEPARTMENT
3. Click correct history
4. Add any comment and save
Result: got the Java Error
