EMM: When Creating a Work Order the “Asset Unit” Does Not Default From the Maintenance Management User Preferences “Asset Business Unit” Setup (Doc ID 2835066.1)

Asset Management Business Unit no longer defaulting from user preferences page to Work Order BU.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set the AM BU default on user preferences. (Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > User Preferences > Maintenance Management)
2.  Create new Work order (Maintenance Management > Work Order Management > Work Order)
3.  Notice that the "Asset Unit" is Blank
