Student Advisor Assignment Page Is Timing Out When Clicking "Get Students" Button (Doc ID 2835339.1)

Symptoms

Delivered Student Advisor Assignment page is Timing out. Timing out after After selecting the setup parameters in the Student Advisor Assignment page and clicking on "Get Students" Push button.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to the Student Advisor Assignment page.
    Navigation: Records and Enrollment>Student Background Information>Student Advisor Assignment.
  2. Enter Required Parameters on tabs 1 and 2.
  3. Select "Select Students By': Program/Plan/Sub-Plan.
  4. Press "Get Students" button on On tab 3.
