Symptoms
After Open Enrollment had been finalized, employee's enrollments in medical plans were terminated. After reprocessing the events, they remained terminated.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.Run On-Demand Event Maintenance for this employee's event (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
