No Matching Buffer found for level. (15,26)" Error on Application Maintenance and Student Program/Plan When Attempting to Retrieve the Same Single Emplid on the Search Page (Doc ID 2835342.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to retrieve the record(s) for the same EMPLID on both the Application Maintenance and Student Program/Plan components, the following error is displayed on the component search page:

The issue will probably only occur for a single EMPLID, or very small number, and records can be searched for and retrieved normally for most or all other students. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Student Admissions > Application Maintenance > Application Maintenance.
  2. Enter Emplid.
  3. Click search and note error displayed on the page. 
  4. Navigate to Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Career and Program Information > Student Program/Plan.
  5. Enter same Emplid as in step 2. 
  6. Click search and note error displayed on the page.
