Error Incomplete Results Detected (14740, 381) Occurs on the IAM Results Activity Page

Symptoms
When exiting the IAM Results Activity Page without entering a grade and then attempting to to do another transaction the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Activity Management -> Individual Activity Management_
- Enter EMPLID
- Find a course that needs a result entered
- Click the Result Icon
- Enter the Activity Results page but do not enter any grade
- Click Return
- Try to do another transaction by doing steps 1-4
- Note error message
