Goal

Site has an outbound REST POST integration from PeopleSoft to a 3rd party. Prior to the upgrade from PeopleTools (PT) 8.56xx to 8.58.15, the service operation did not contain a request message. However, after making a change to the service operation in the upgraded environment, the service operation could not be saved unless a valid request message was referenced.
Are these new restrictions in PT 8.58?
