Goal

With PeopleTools 8.56 installed on Windows 2016 which has Oracle Tuxedo 12c 12.2.2.0 VS2015 RP016 64-bit, can we use the same Tuxedo installation with PeopleTools 8.59?

As per Certification Metrix-

PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.59 is certified with Oracle Tuxedo 12c 12.2.2.0.0 VS2017 RP0073 64-bit (minimum) on Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) 2016
PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.56 is certified with Oracle Tuxedo 12c 12.2.2.0 VS2015 RP016 64-bit (minimum) on Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) 2016
