When attempting to Add or Search for a new or existing Component Name on the Page and Field Configurator search page, the following error displays on the page:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Page and Field Configuration > Page and Field Configurator.
2. Enter the desired Component name, and other fields. 
3. Click Add or Search, depending on the tab used, and observe the error displayed.
