E-QR: PSQuery Output Showing "00" Decimal Values Instead of the Actual Number in the Excel (Doc ID 2849323.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.58 version, Query

When user runs PS Query output to excel, then if the actual value in database is 12.62 but in query output to excel it will be 12.00.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Reporting tools > Query > Query manager
2. Select the Query
3. Run to Excel
