Symptoms

Workers Compensation - PAY102CN did not produce the expected results.

PAY102CN should be producing the correct totals when using Pay Run ID.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Confirm two paycheque for an employee in the province of "NT"
2. Run the PAY102CN SQR by Pay Run ID for the second pay period
3. Verify the output PDF report for PAY102CN and it does not show the expected accessible earnings
