Symptoms

When attempting to run the Import Pell LEU Files process, the following error occurs, as displayed in the SFA_PELL_LEU.stdout file:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > Pell Payment > LEU Reports > Import Pell LEU Files and run the process.
  2. Click Process Monitor and refresh until process finishes. Note status of 'No Success'.
  3. Click Details, then View/Log Trace, then in the file list locate the file containing SFA_PELL_LEU, and ending in extension .stdout. Review the file to see the error.
