Employee Creating or Returning to Fluid Life Event Gets Blank Page when Continuing (Doc ID 2853036.1)

Symptoms

Intermittently, when employees attempt to create or open a Life Event already in progress, the page that opens is blank, that is, only the header "eBenefits" displays.
 
Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Employee creates a Life Event (Navigation: Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > Life Events tile, Continue Life Event button).
     2. Page that opens is blank.
