Beneficiaries with Current Beneficiary Designation Do Not Display on the Update Beneficiary Designation Page for Pension Plan

Symptoms
All beneficiaries do not display on the Update Beneficiary Designation pop-up page for Pension Plan 1 - U.S. The current beneficiary, that is, one already receiving a percentage of the pension doesn't display; only beneficiaries with no current percentage designation display.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > Benefit Summary tile > Pension Plan 1 – U.S. tile.
2. Select the Update Beneficiary Designation button.
