Symptoms
After applying get-current package (Image 40, Image 8.59), a medium sized budget journal in error status, when opening, times out.
The loading of the budget journal in error status times out due to an in-efficient SQL statement being executed for every line in the journal in the KK_WRK.JRNL_LINE_STATUS.RowInit PeopleCode event.
Steps to replicate:
1. Create a budget journal (purposely with error) and post. (Commitment Control > Budget Journals > Enter Budget Journals).
2. Open the Budget Journal which then times out.
