Goal
Single Touch Payroll phase 2.0 introduced many new tables, which are not available to run queries.
In STP 1.0 the STP tables were included in QUERY_TREE_GPAUS, under node GPAUS_PAYEE_DATA these include GPAU_STP_HR_STG, GPAU_STP_PAYSTG, GPAY_STP_ALLOW etc.
Moreover the newer tables for STP 2.0 are not available (eg GPAU_STP_PAIDLV, GPAU_STP_RFB, GPAU_STP_SUPER, GPAU_STP_SS, GPAU_STP_LUMPSM)
