Symptoms

Fluid Dashboard/Homepage Pivot Grid Tiles randomly displays "No chart data was set" error.

There are two dashboards/homepages in Production Environment that have Pivot Grids/PS Query Data sources configured as dynamic tiles.

Recently these tiles randomly are showing "No Chart Data Was Set" error.  If the page is refreshed, sometimes different tiles will display this message and sometimes all tiles load fine.

This is not user based, as these Pivot Grids/Charts will load fine when the page is refreshed several times or at random.

"An object of class ApiObject failed to serialize.
Cannot serialize an API object of class PV_PROCURE_REQ_V3_CI_REQ_LINE.

3) Drilldown on hyperlink
4) Select Options Menu (Gear Icon)
5) Select Chart Options
6) Notice => "A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details." is returned.
