Batch Notification for SERVICE_INDICATOR_ASSIGNED Event ID Showing No Data in Template Dropdown (Doc ID 2855362.1)

Symptoms

Batch Notification for SERVICE_INDICATOR_ASSIGNED Event ID does not show any values for Template Name in the Notification Templates section of the Run Control.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1.  Navigate to Navigate to Peopletools > Integration Broker > Integration Setup > Service Operations
  2.  Activate the following Service Operations including Handler, and Any to Local Routing
    --
    SCC_NTF_GET_EVENTS_R_POST
    SCC_NTF_PUBLISH_STDNT_ENRL
    SCC_NTF_UPDATE_EVENTS_R_POST
    SCC_PUSH_NOTIFICATIONS

    Activate the SI_ADDED_BATCH Event
  3. Go to Set Up SACR > System Administration > Utilities > Notifications > Event Setup
  4. For Event Name enter SERVICE_INDICATOR_ASSIGNED; click Search.
  5. On the Event Setup page for SERVICE_INDICATOR ASSIGNED, set Status to Active.
  6. Click Save.
     
    Activate the SI_ADDED_OR_CHANGED_PUSH Notification Template
  7. Go to Set Up SACR > System Administration > Utilities > Notifications > Notification Setup
  8. For Template Name, enter SI_ADDED_OR_CHANGED_PUSH
  9. On the Notification Setup page, set Status to Active.
  10. On the Notification Setup page, set Notification Type to Worklist Notification.
  11. On the Notification Setup page, under Recipients Configuration/To select Employee ID.
  12. Click Save.
     
    Activate the SI_ASSIGNED_BATCH Consumer
  13. Go to Set Up SACR > System Administration > Utilities > Notifications > Notification Consumer Setup
  14. For Consumer Name, enter SERVICE_INDICATOR_ASSIGNED; click Search.
  15. On the Notification Consumer Setup page, set Status to Active; click Save.
     
    Create a Batch Notification for the Service Indicator Assigned event
  16. Go to Set Up SACR > System Administration > Utilities > Notifications > Batch Notifications
  17. Click on the Add a New Value Tab.
  18. For Run Control ID, enter SI_ASSIGNED_BATCH; click Add.
  19. On the Batch Notifications page, under Population Selection, check the Population Selection checkbox.
  20. For Selection Tool, select PS Query.
  21. For Query Name, type SCC_SI_ADD_OR_CHANGE.
  22. On the Batch Notifications page, under Event Setup, check the Enable Event Tracking checkbox.
  23. For Event ID, select SERVICE_INDICATOR_ASSIGNED.
  24. For Data Key EVENT_TYPE, enter SERVICE_INDICATOR_ASSIGNED for Value.
  25. For Data Key GOTO, enter Holds for Value.
  26. On the Batch Notifications page, under Notification Consumers, for Notification Consumer ID select SERVICE_INDICATOR_ASSIGNED and check the Enable For Batch checkbox.
  27. On the Batch Notifications page, under Notification Templates section, select Template Name = SI_ADDED_OR_CHANGED_PUSH --> No data appears in the Template Name dropdown.
