Symptoms

The issue is that processes run to success but fail to post to the report repository run on PSNT Process Scheduler.

 The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > System Process Requests
2. Enter run control ID
3. Select AEMINITEST Tye = Web and Format = TXT on PSNT
