When There Are Multiple HSA Plans Available, Ineligible HSA Options Are Not Grayed Out (Doc ID 2856086.1)

Symptoms

Multiple High Deductible Medical Plans are offered to employees so there are multiple Health Savings Accounts (HSA) offered as well (a one-to-one relationship). The first time an employee is offered this Plan Type, only one HSA is electable, the one that is cross-plan dependent on the medical plan the employee has elected; however, if the employee was previously eligible for and elected or waived the HSA Plan, all of the Plans display as electable.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > Benefits Enrollment tile > Health Savings Account tile.
     2. View options that are enabled.
