Adding a content provider Tiles to favorites using "Add to Favorites" from portal getting the following error message.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Login to CS(Portal) Fluid Home Page

2) Open a tile from FSCM(Content Provider)

3) Click Action Button

4) Click Add to Favorites

5) Click Add

6) Unable to add and getting the error message
