Symptoms
Forecasting process is taking more than 3+ minutes when initiated for a Absence Take.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to ESS > Time > Request Absence, Input the leave details
2. Hit on Forecast button, observe the time it takes to completes.
