Symptoms

An error is returned when attempting to access a new Financial Agreement Activity Guide from the To Do List in Student Center.  The following error is returned to the user on the page:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigation: Self Service > Student Center
  2. Click the link to the Financial Agreement in the To Do List box
  3. The error is returned on the page
