RELATION_SALU Record Not Updated When Relationship is Dissolved (Doc ID 2858276.1)

Symptoms

Joint Communication Management data (RELATION_SALU record) is not updated when a relationship is dissolved and joint communication previously existed. Although the 'Create Joint Communication' box on the Joint Communication Management back is unchecked, and the original data remains in the RELATION_SALU record.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Navigate to Campus Community > Personal Information > Biographical > Relationships > Relationships
  2. Search for existing ID
  3. Insert a new effective dated row to the Relationships tab;
  4. Select the Relationship value of 'Ex-Spouse';
  5. Click on Joint Communication Management button
  6. Uncheck the Create Joint Communication' box;
  7. Update the Dissolution Reason to "Divorce";
  8. Click OK;
  9. On the Relationships tab of the component, click Save;
  10. Click on the Joint Communication Management button;
  11. Note the Joint Communication data reflects the changes made in Steps 3-9;
  12. Run the following SQL query against the database:
  13. Note the original relationship information is retained, and not updated to reflect the Divorce status.
