Sample Environment:

PeopleTools (PT) 8.59.05 ( upgraded from PT 8.57.20 )
PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
Linux 7
OIM (Oracle Identity Manager) Version 12.2.1.4
OIM Peoplesoft connector version 11.1.1.5.0

Issue:
--------
After upgrading PeopleTools (PT) from PT 8.57.20 to PT 8.59.05, when logged into PeopleSoft, the ping node test for the OIM_NODE fails. The following error is seen in the Integration Broker (IB) gateway error log. The ping node test was working in the PT 8.57.20 environment.

Steps to replicate:
-----------------------------
1. Set up IB in a PT 8.59.xx environment with the OIM components.
2. Open the OIM_NODE node (or the node representing OIM), and ping the "OIM_NODE node (Navigation: PeopleTools - > Integration Broker - > Integration Setup - > Nodes).
3. Observe the error above in the IB gateway error log.
