Symptoms
When attempting to schedule HC_HRS_JOB_OPENING search index, PTSF_GENFEED Application Engine process goes to No Success with following error message:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run HC_HRS_JOB_OPENING from PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration > Schedule Search Index
2. Go to Process Monitor and notice PTSF_GENFEED goes to No Success with the above error
