Benefits Administration Process Fails Intermittently (Doc ID 2859310.1)

Symptoms

Once or twice a week, when running On-Demand Event Maintenance, the process fails with the error below. Clearing application server cache appears to resolve the issue but it is having to be done a couple of times a week..

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run On-Demand Event Maintenance (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Maintenance)
