Symptoms
Request for Quote (RFQ) attachment failed to download with the following error

Replication Steps
1. Create an RFQ with 3 attachments on the header.(Navigation :Procurement Contracts > Add/Update Contracts > Add/Update RFQs)
2. Approve the RFQ.
3. Source RFQ to another RFQ.
4. RFQ is Approved and Dispatched with all 3 Attachments.
5. Go to sourced RFQ and Edit it. Change line quantity and delete one of the attachment.
6. Save the sourced RFQ.
7. Go to RFQ and then Click on the 3rd attachment which was deleted from the sourced RFQ.
