E-PIA: Pressing Enter On Prompt Fields In Tools 8.59 Input Auto Validation Missing

Symptoms
When compared to previous PT 8.58 version usability, Enter key in prompt fields auto validation is missing on PT 8.59.
This happens for users where Autocomplete feature in prompt fields that was inhibited
Steps to reproduce are
1.Inhibit the Autocomplete for the testing user in User Personalisation page and Save the new preferences
2. In any prompt field enter fully a valid known value, and hit Enter key
Expected (like in 8.58) is that, lets say, a valid "DATA" input value, when entered even in lower case like "data", or as "DATA", to be validated after Enter key, but in 8.59 nothing happens

Upgrade PeopleTools from 8.58 to 8.59
