The 2021-2022 Pell Grant ESOA Report does not Include the New UEI Number That Will Replace the DUNS Number. (Doc ID 2860285.1)

Symptoms

When loading an LEU file from COD, the file for the 2021-2022 Aid Year is updated to NOT include a new field value called UEI, which is replacing the DUNS Number.

Because of the change to NOT include the new UEI field, the data loaded from the PGAS/ESOA file is erroneously updating the data on the report.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Financial Aid --> Pell Payment --> LEU Reports --> Import Pell LEU Files
  2. Use existing Run Control ID or create new
  3. Update Run Control Parameters and click Run.
  4. Navigate to Financial Aid --> Pell Payment --> LEU Reports --> Review Pell LEU Reports
  5. View data and note any differences
