EPY: CAN - Previous Company EI and CPP on Employee Tax Data Not Working as Expected

Symptoms
Balance from Previous Company is not working as expected for Employee Tax Data CAN
In the employee tax data for Canada, we have added the Tax YTD and Taxable Gross YTD amount from Old Company from the last Payroll under the New Company Employee Tax Data page.
After running the payroll for new company, the old company YTD amount is not getting added to new Company.
Is there any additional configuration we need to move those balances?
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Enter the previous company balances on the employee tax data under the new Company (Payroll for North America>Employee Tax data CAN>Tax Information>Update Employee Tax Data)
