Symptoms
When trying to add a row in Commitment Control > Define Control Budgets > Define Source Transactions > Selection Criteria tab so that only those with BUDGET_HDR_STATUS = 'N' and JRNL_HDR_STATUS = 'Y' is picked-up for budget checking, the transactions are getting stuck as "In Process".
Issue Replication Steps:
---------------------------
1) Enabled Commitment Control for General Ledger from Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Install > Installation Options > Products Hyperlink
2) Added BUDGET_HDR_STATUS field with value as N in Selection Criteria tab via navigation Commitment Control > Define Control Budgets > Define Source Transactions > Selection Criteria tab
3) Create and edit a journal via General Ledger > Journals > Journal Entry > Create/Update Journal Entries.
4) Budget check journal via General Ledger > Journals > Process Journals > Budget Check Journals.
5) Budget Header is still stuck in I status.
