'==>MESSAGE NOT FOUND==>(14405,18160)' Displays on Application Financial Tab of Manage Direct Loan Application Component (Doc ID 2861500.1)

On the Manage Direct Loan Application component, Application Financial tab, in the Loan Application Data section, the following message displays under the Academic Year End Date field:

Any message text should always display something meaningful to a user viewing the page. In this case, the text should be showing "Direct Loan Attendance Cost" for Aid Years 2023 and higher (and nothing should be displaying in that location for Aid Years 2022 and earlier).

Other pages display similar text for messages (14405,18159) and (14405,32).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Financial Aid > Loans > Direct Lending Management > Manage Direct Loan Application > Application Financial, for any emplid with an application for Aid Year 2023.
2. Note the message, as shown above, displayed under academic year end date field in Loan Application data section.

Changes

The issue occurs after applying fixes from CS 9.2 PUM Image 24 and/or <Patch 33353624>, 2022-2023 AID YEAR COD UPDATE: COMMON COD OBJECTS.
